Steve King
Senior Vice President

Steve is Senior Vice President at PII, (Pharmaceutics International Inc.). His role at PII covers Business Development, project management, legal and corporate affairs. During his time at PII he has helped to expand the company to its current level. He was instrumental in the acquisition of Pharmaterials in 2008.  Steve has been with PII since 1996.

Prior to joining PII, Steve was employed at RP Scherer specializing in Soft Gelatin Capsules, where he worked in operations both in the United Kingdom and the United States. During this time he also worked extensively in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. For his efforts, the company was awarded the prestigious Queens Award for Export.

Steve was educated at the London School of Pharmacy where he obtained his Bachelors degree in Pharmacy in 1982. He worked in various retail pharmacies in the United Kingdom before joining the sales force at Jannsen Pharmaceuticals. As a sales representative, he worked with General Practitioners, Hospital Specialists, and Pharmacists promoting therapeutic products in the following specialties: Allergy, Gastroenterology, Dermatology and Psychiatry.
